Anything you send us (feedback, ideas, bug reports) we may use to improve HushDare. We won't credit you publicly without asking.

The HushDare name, mascot, and visual identity are ours. Use of brand assets is welcome for press; see the press kit for guidelines.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". We're not liable for losses arising from your use of it. If a HushDare game ruins a friendship, that's between you and the hostess.
